Van de Perre

Stefan has a passion for travelling as well as a passion for animals, and his favourite things about Africa are its diverse species of Reptiles and Creepy Crawlies. He’s a massive fan of anything Herpetological and wishes to help people understand why these species are a staple member to not only African Ecosystems but Ecosystems back at home.

He has a HNC (High National Certifificate) in Animal Management, and has been to Africa multiple times. He did a Conservation Course in South-Africa (national NQF level 1 equivalent), and will soon be working towards a FGASA (Field Guides Associate of South Africa) level 1 qualification (national NQF level 2 equivalent).

Dan is a keen amateur photographer and filmmaker. He loves nothing more than to journey to wild locations to make his next video or to photograph his next animal. Obviously he is extremely passionate about traveling and conservation as well.

He has a HNC (High National Certifificate) in Animal Management and is currently studying towards a HND in Animal Management. Idem as Stefan, he also did a Conservation Course in South-Africa (national NQF level 1 equivalent), and after his studies in UK will be working towards by FGASA level 1 (Field Guides Associate of South Africa) qualification (national NQF level 2 equivalent).

Jochen is a FGASA certified guide who has been working fulltime in the bush for about 10years now, as wildlife guide and as lodge manager. He has been visiting the area for much longer; about 30 years. He is a professional photographer, his image regularly appear in travel magazines, in-flight magazines and on social media (Facebook pages of safari lodges, in particular).

He also has all other qualifications (Cathsseta, LEDET), and a South-African Professional Drivers Permit, allowing him to take tourists to both Private and National Reserves. A few years ago, together with his wife Mira, he started his own lodge in South-Africa, at the foot of the Blyde River Canyon. Check out!
